Apprentice at the cash desk: here are the rules for finding another job and maintaining integration

Dear reader,

in general terms, it is possible to carry out various work activities at the same time for a given period without, however, depriving oneself of the rights strictly connected to the existing employment relationship. This possibility is regulated by art. 8 of Legislative Decree no.148 / 2015, according to which the performance of remunerated work during the period of suspension of work with the right to wage supplement, does not entail the loss of the right to supplementary treatment for the entire period but the only reduction of the integration itself in proportion to the income deriving from the performance of other work activities.
