The far-right government of Javier Miley has reached a new agreement with the International Monetary Fund which provides for the disbursement of a new loan of 4.7 billion dollars. A further payment compared to the 44 billion obtained in 2018 by the then president Mauricio Macri. A breath of fresh air that will allow Argentina to pay the tranche of the debt, due in January, claimed by foreign creditors.
