From 15 to 28 April, on the occasion of Milan Design Week, Audi opens its creative hub House of Progress 2024. in the spaces of Portrait Milano in Corso Venezia 11. The installation of this edition was entrusted to the international design studio Bjarke Ingels Group who christened it ā€œReflactionā€, an invented word which is a mix of two others, namely ā€œreflectionā€ and ā€œaction. The structure, which appears from the sky as a large ā€œ+ā€ sign, has mirrored walls measuring 10 x 1.2 x 8.5 metres. It is divided into four distinct sectors: Community, Knowledge, Performance and Digital light from Audi. Each of the spaces allows you to live a unique but complementary experience.
In the Knowledge area, represented by an amphitheater with solid wood steps and chromed steel balustrades, people can gather to share knowledge and discuss. In the Digital light area, the emphasis is on technology and design, where the new generation of digital and segmented Oled lights stands out. Rest and refresh in the Community space, a ā€œcircular forestā€ of Japanese maples that provides a natural canopy where people can gather, recharge and relax.

But, without a doubt, the heart of Audiā€™s House of Progress is the Performance area. In fact, the two new Audi Q6e-tron and SQ6 e-tron are on display here. And with the public preview at the Milan Design Week, order collection opens for the two models that will be available in the third quarter of 2024. The Audi Q6-etron and its sporty twin are the first series Audi models based on the native electric PPE platform. The SUV EV of the four rings is powered by two electric motors that deliver 387 horsepower, powered by a 94.9 kWh battery that allows 625 km of declared autonomy in the WLTP cycle. The SQ6 e-tron proposal, however, offers 517 horsepower and 598 km of autonomy. Both benefit from the 800 Volt voltage and DC charging power of up to 270 kW, which allows you to have up to 255 kilometers of autonomy in just 10 minutes. Inside, the layout of the dashboard stands out, which puts the digital dashboard on the table Audi virtual cockpit, the head-up display with augmented reality and the curved MMI display with OLED technology. There is also artificial intelligence applied to voice control and the adoption of the Android Automotive OS operating system. The ā€œactive light signatureā€ also makes its debut with the Audi Q6 e-tron which, together with the Oled technology of the rear lights, adds the warning function of the proximity.

The latter, integrated into the communication light, is activated in the event of dangers to warn other road users in advance. For all motorists who choose the new EV from the Ingolstadt company, new premium services are provided to make travel easier. using an electric car. The first of these is called ā€œon demand charging on locationā€. In the cities covered by the service, the E-Gap supplier reaches the vehicle where it is parked and, thanks to its 100% electric vans, provides charging. And if you face a long journey in areas where charging stations are difficult to find, Audi offers the e-tron switch service. This allows you, for 15 days a year, to choose a car from the Audi range with a hybrid engine. The Audi Q6 e-tron starts at a price of 79,500 euros, while the price goes up to 97,200 for the sporty SQ6 e-tron.
