Stellantis NV announced that all proposals presented at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders were approved. Among these, the distribution of a dividend of 4.7 billion euros on ordinary shares was confirmed.
The proposed dividend amounts to 1.55 euros for each ordinary share in circulation. For shareholders who own common shares traded on the NYSE, the dividend will be USD 1.651680 per share, calculated at the official USD/EUR exchange rate provided by the European Central Bank as of April 15, 2024. Funds to pay the dividend will be drawn from 2023 earnings. The expected timetable for shares listed on the NYSE, Euronext Paris and Euronext Milan is as follows: ex-date April 22, 2024, record date April 23, 2024 and payment date May 3, 2024.
As part of the AGM, Claudia Parzani was appointed as the new non-executive director. Furthermore, the advisory vote on the Remuneration Report for 2023 achieved a positive consensus of 70.2%.
