Not only is Tesla reducing prices to be included in the 2024 car incentives. The Chinese brand has revised the prices of the Dolphin, Atto 3 and Seal models downwards, thus offering a wider range to those who want to buy an electric car taking advantage of the new incentives. The price cut allowed the Byd Seal, the electric sports sedan ready to challenge the Tesla Model 3, to fall within the incentives thanks to the price of 35,000 euros plus VAT, equal to 42,700 euros which reaches 43,600 also adding the road tax.
Byd Dolphin updated price
The price cut for the Byd Dolphin range is dedicated exclusively to the versions with the larger 60.48 KW battery. The updated price list now starts at 33,790 euros for the Comfort version, with a price reduction of 1,700 euros, while the richer Design is offered at 35,790 euros instead of 37,490 euros.
BYD Act 3 car incentives 2024
Over 3000 euros less thanks to the updated price list of the BYD Atto 3. Now the Chinese SUV starts from 38,790 euros in the Comfort version compared to 41,990 euros in the past. Moving on to the Design version, the updated price is equal to 40,970 euros instead of the 43,490 euros requested before the price list cut.
Byd Seal car incentives 2024
If Dolphin and Atto 3 were already included in the 2024 car incentives, the price reduction allowed the Byd Seal to be purchased with a saving of 6,000 euros even without scrapping. Now the design version costs over 3,000 euros less, with a price of 43,600 euros against 46,890 euros. However, the price of the Excellence Awd has not changed, still offered at 49,390 euros in the Ice Blue, Atlantis Grey, Polar White and Space Black colours. No price cut also for the Han, offered at 70,940 euros for the Time Grey, Snow White and Space Black colours.
Electric cars, incentives up to 35,000 euros plus VAT
To access the incentives dedicated to electric cars, the purchase price must be equal to 35,000 euros plus VAT at 22% for a total of 42,700 euros. What remains to be added is the road tax, normally between 500 and 1000 euros in most cases, and the IPT (Provincial Transcription Tax) which varies depending on the region where the car is registered.
