The announcement shows that in May 2022, Changan Automobile’s sales volume will be approximately 151,100 units, a year-on-year decrease of 18.09%.
From January to May 2022, Changan Automobile sold about 918,300 units, a year-on-year decrease of 10.65%; its own brand sales were about 740,900 units, a year-on-year decrease of 11.24%; its own passenger car sales were about 510,900 units, a year-on-year decrease of 10.72%; Overseas sales were about 82,200 units, an increase of 57.07% year-on-year; sales of self-owned brand new energy vehicles were about 66,700 units, a year-on-year increase of 140.92%.
According to the 2021 financial report disclosed by Changan Automobile, it achieved sales of 2.301 million vehicles last year, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%, and its market share increased by 0.8 percentage points year-on-year; achieved operating income of 105.142 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.33%; Profit was 3.552 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.87%; earnings per share were 0.47 yuan.
