Claudia Parzani is the new president of Borsa Italiana. This was decided by the board of directors of Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext group, after having acknowledged the resignation of the president Andrea Sironi, effective from April 27, the day of the shareholders’ meeting. To ensure continuity in the governance of Borsa Italiana, the board has appointed the current vice-president Claudia Parzani as chairman.

Claudia Parzani, lawyer, is a partner of Linklaters and since 2018 she has held the role of Business Development & Marketing Partner for the law firm at a global level. From November 2016 to April 2021 she was also Managing Partner for the Western Europe area, sitting, in this capacity, on the Global Executive Committee and leading the European Board of the firm.
