The new Dacia Duster is ready to arrive in Italian dealerships. Completely revised compared to the past, it can be ordered from March and will arrive in Italian dealerships by the summer. The Italian range has a price list that starts from less than 20 thousand euros (19,700 to be precise and reaches almost 28 thousand (27,900 euros to be precise) and is available in 4 versions, 3 engines, 2 types of traction and 2 transmissions, for a total of 12 possible combinations. The third generation of Duster says goodbye to diesel engines but will come in a mild hybrid and full hybrid version with automatic transmission. There will also be the LPG version, the best-selling in Italy, and 4×4 traction.
Dacia Duster 2024, engines
The third generation of Duster brings the debut of the new TCe 130 petrol engine which adopts a 48V mild-hybrid system combined with a six-speed manual gearbox. Can be combined with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, it is characterized by the 3-cylinder split with 1.2L displacement and is equipped with turbocharging. As mentioned, it adopts a 48V mild-hybrid system and this allows this version to reduce average consumption and CO2 emissions by around 10%. The full Hybrid 140 engine will also arrive with an automatic gearbox with clutch-free dog clutch: it offers excellent performance and reduced consumption and emissions. To complete the offer, the ECO-G 100 version consists of a 1.0L 3-cylinder turbo engine powered by petrol and LPG.
