Directa Sim, the first mover in online trading in Italy, has started the listing process on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana (formerly AIM Italia). The Shareholders ‘Meeting of Directa Sim today approved the listing project on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana and an increase in the share capital aimed at allowing new investors to enter the shareholders’ structure and thus collect additional financial resources to be allocated the development of a business unit for offering customers, alongside traditional online trading services, also consultancy and asset management services.
The placement functional to the raising of the new capital and the creation of the free float necessary for the listing will be directed towards institutional investors and, as retail investors, confidentially towards Directa Sim’s customers. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for next December.
In the ongoing listing process, Directa is assisted by EnVent Capital Markets, as Euronext Growth Advisor, by Ambromobiliare, as financial advisor, by Studio Maviglia & Partners, as legal consultant, and by Deloitte, as auditing company. MiT Sim will play the role of the Specialist.
