Dybala: business in the world of sports rights

Paulo Dybala, Argentine footballer and Roma striker, launches into the business of the rights of athletes and showbusiness personalities also through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and crypto assets.

The newco sees how sole director is the Spaniard Jorge Novel Suarez (born 1981) who appears on LinkedIn with the position of senior store manager of Adidas at the Gran Via flagship in Madrid of the well-known German sports clothing and footwear brand.

The new company, as per the statute, will carry out the activity of “acquisition, exploitation and management, for both advertising and commercial purposes, in Italy and abroad, of property rights linked to the image, name and voice and intellectual property rights of athletes and entertainment personalities through the use of any tool, including artificial intelligence”.

Furthermore, La Favorita will take care of lending consultancy, sponsorships and merchandising, promotional campaigns and the exploitation of rights in any media. It is also expected “the development, construction and distribution of crypto assets, for example NFTs and tokens, relating to the exploitation of rights through the use of blockchain technology”. Then there will be businesses linked to the world of events, fashion and training.
