The shareholders approved the 2023 financial statements and the proposal to distribute a dividend of 2.443 euros for each ordinary share, equal to a total dividend of approximately 440 million. The coupon detachment will take place on April 22nd. The dividend will be paid on May 3rd. The entire board has been confirmed: President Elkann, CEO Benedetto Vigna, Piero Ferrari, Delphine Arnault, Francesca Bellettini, Eduardo H. Cue, Sergio Duca, John Galantic, Maria Patrizia Grieco, Adam Keswick, and Michelangelo Volpi.
