Change in the board of EssilorLuxottica and GrandVision. Stephan Borchert and Willem Eelman have resigned from their respective roles as CEO and Chief Financial Officer of GrandVision, effective April 22. They will be replaced respectively by Massimiliano Mutinelli as the new President Optical Retail EMEA of EssilorLuxottica and Head of Amsterdam Corporate Offices of GrandVision, and Niccolò Bencivenni as Chief Financial Officer of GrandVision, flanked by Frederic Dauche, confirmed in the role of Chief Operating Officer of GrandVision.
