HANetf listed today on Borsa Italiana and on the main European Exchanges of the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Equity UCITS ETF (ticker: ELEC), the first ETF that offers exposure to companies that have their core business in infrastructure development and construction charging station for electric vehicles.
The new ETF replicates the Solactive EV Charging Infrastructure, an index that incorporates ESG filters in its selection methodology and which allows ELEC to be classified as complying with art. 8 of the SFDR.
To support the 600 million electric vehicles that will be on the road in 2040, the current charging infrastructure will need a strong expansion. Several market research predicts that the global number of EV charging stations will grow sixfold by 2027.
