The new technical graduate program of the Feralpi group is aimed at engineers who have just graduated or with a short professional experience, which in the period 2021-2026 will invest 300 million to consolidate its technological excellence, with particular attention to young people. As the HR director Antonio Cotelli explains, it is “an exceptional opportunity, for the small number of young engineers who will be able to win a place in our team, to lay solid technical foundations for their career in the world of steel. , gaining experience both in the classroom and in the field ».
The aim of the project is to identify young technicians capable of supporting the important consolidation of the technical and technological excellence of the group which has an investment plan of 300 million euros in the period 2021-2026. And it pays particular attention to the new generations. To join the graduate program team, engineers will have to pass a complex selection process, consisting of interviews with the human resources function, meetings with technical leaders, individual tests and group dynamics.
Those who pass the selection will be included in a 20-month project to acquire the specialist skills of Feralpi’s technological processes. In particular, 6 months will be dedicated to transversal training on business processes and the remaining 14 to new technical-technological development projects. After the training, the engineers will be assigned to an entity of the group with a direct permanent employment contract and remuneration at the highest levels of the market.
