Share reorganization and listing project in Piazza Affari for Luisa Via Roma, a Florentine online high-end fashion retailer.
According to rumors, after a competitive process that lasted a few months, the share reorganization of the group would in fact be at the final stage with the entry of new investors. According to Mergermarket, a consortium formed by Style Capital and the financial group FSI is in negotiation. The transaction would also include a capital increase and the reinvestment of the Panconesi family, current shareholder of the group. The goal is the listing on the stock exchange of Luisa Via Roma within two years.

Boutique founded in 1930 in Via Roma in Florence by the French Luisa Jaquin, since 2000 Luisa Via Roma has an important and very popular online concept store. Today it is owned by the Panconesi family (CEO Andrea Panconesi is the grandson of Luisa Jaquin), and in the last financial year 2019 it recorded revenues of 166 million euros with a forecast of 220 million in 2020. Both international markets and the Italian one which recorded + 45% for 37.3 million in revenues.
