The agricultural scientist Friedhelm Taube heads the research areas of crop production and organic farming at the University of Kiel. As a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, he intensively accompanied the attempt at an agricultural turnaround for nine years – and still believes that it is coming.
