FS Italiane: Eurofima subscribes to 12-year bonds for 160 million

FS Italiane announced that it has finalized a new bond issue in private placement with Eurofima for 160 million euro at a variable rate and a duration of twelve years. The proceeds are intended for investments in the rolling stock used in Trenitalia’s public service. The company specified that the trains subject to the financing are aligned with the criteria of the European taxonomy and contribute positively to environmental and social sustainability by promoting the modal shift to rail.
