Unlimited customizable as the infinity symbol reproduced in the sumptuous cockpit recalls, the Ghost Black Badge is not the “usual” regal Rolls Royce. This Ghost which costs 365,000 euros, but you can also get to write a check for 650,000 euros, binds to the other Black Badges with smoky chrome obtained with a chemical process that also involves the statuette of the Spirit of Ecstasy and the grilling of the unmistakable grille. It stands out from the other BBs for the 21 ”wheels made of forty-four layers of carbon fiber, which cannot be changed and do not fit on any other Rolls Royce. These rims integrate the trim update of the 2022 edition of this Ghost, which also proposes the raising of the power to 600 horsepower and the torque to 900 Nm of the supercharged 6.75-liter V12 of BMW origin (the Munich house owns the English brand), the sports car configuration and the four-wheel steering.
The restorative care aims to satisfy those who personally get behind the wheel of the Ghost, but the spring that pushes them to buy it is the immense bespoke. In fact, the body color of the Ghost Black Badge can be chosen from 44 thousand optional colors or it can be one made ad hoc and exclusively owned. However, so far the most popular has been black, the only one offered at no extra charge but very special. It is the blackest in circulation and is the result of a process which combines technologically advanced solutions and the manual skills of expert craftsmen. It is obtained using forty-five kilos of atomised paint applied to a white bodywork, electrostatically charged and then dried in the oven. Subsequently, the livery receives two layers of clear coat and a five-hour polishing process carried out by hand by five craftsmen.
Hi-tech and tradition are also combined in the infinitely customizable passenger compartment in the chromatic combinations and with furnishing components made up of carbon composite panels and inserts combined with a weave of very thin aluminum wires that create three-dimensional rhomboid designs, covered with a briar veneer polished by expert cabinetmakers. Skilled craftsmen also craft much of the huge optional equipment. Among these shines the starry sky formed by thousands of optical fibers inserted by hand into the headliner following one of the fifteen constellations envisaged by Rolls Royce.

To complete the sensation of traveling in the center of a galaxy created by the reflective effect of the ultra-glossy surfaces of the furniture, however, the starry display in front of the front passenger is indispensable.
