Quanzhou City Enterprises Work Through Spring Festival, Producing at Full Capacity
As the Spring Festival kicks off, a group of leading companies in Quanzhou City, including Hengan, Zhongke Biotech, Jiadeli, Zhongke Sanjing, Zhonglun Plastics, Tiandian Optoelectronics, and Tianjiao Chemical Materials, are working tirelessly to ensure a smooth start to the first quarter of the year.
Amid the festivities, these companies are operating at full capacity, with more than 80% of employees on duty and busy with non-stop production. At the Hutou production base of Fujian Zhongke Biological Co., Ltd., the official work started on the third day of the first lunar month, with an attendance rate of over 80% of employees. The company’s unmanned plant factory, equipped with independently developed equipment and at the automation 3.0 stage, is producing pesticide-free and disease-free vegetables that are increasingly recognized by consumers.
Similarly, Quanzhou Jiadeli Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. is also working hard during the Spring Festival, with ultra-thin, high-voltage, and high-temperature-resistant capacitor films entering the final process in the production workshop. Hengan’s sanitary products workshop is also bustling, with a 40% increase in production compared to the same period last year.
To ensure the stability of jobs and production during this busy time, the companies have improved welfare and strengthened corporate culture. Employees sticking to their posts were treated to a reunion dinner with corporate executives and presidents, in addition to three times the statutory salary stipulated by the state. Furthermore, employees on duty during the holiday were given additional New Year red envelopes and fare subsidies when returning to work.
For Fujian Zhongke Sanjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., the focus is on decentralized rural sewage treatment, with one-third of the employees on duty during the Spring Festival to ensure the normal operation of over 300 distributed sewage treatment facilities. The company has also prepared Spring Festival red envelopes, transportation subsidies for returning home and work, and New Year’s Eve dinner for its employees.
The efforts of these companies highlight their commitment to maintaining production and ensuring a strong start to the year, despite the challenges posed by the Spring Festival.
