According to the unified accounting results of the regional GDP, the regional GDP of Guizhou Province in the first three quarters of 2021 was 1,398.553 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 8.7% over the same period of the previous year, an increase of 12.2% over the same period in 2019, an average increase in two years 5.9%.

In the first three quarters, the total output value of Guizhou’s agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery was 342.298 billion yuan, an increase of 9.2% over the same period of the previous year; the added value of the industrial enterprises above designated size in Guizhou increased by 11.7% over the same period of the previous year; the four pillar industries of coal, electricity, tobacco and wine Steady and rapid growth, among which, the added value of the wine, beverage and refined tea manufacturing industry increased by 32.3% over the same period of the previous year.
As China’s first comprehensive test area for big data, the service industry related to big data has grown rapidly. From January to August 2021, the operating income of the Internet and related services, software and information technology service industries above designated size in Guizhou Province increased by 99.1% over the same period of the previous year.
In addition, investment in some emerging areas has grown rapidly. In the first three quarters, the investment in the high-tech manufacturing industry in Guizhou Province increased by 36.7%. Among them, the investment in the lithium-ion battery manufacturing industry increased by 130.3%, and the investment in the special equipment manufacturing industry increased by 22.5%.
