Hoop Capital and Palladio Holding, through the club deal FENICE, have acquired a 4.8% stake in the share capital of TESMEC, a multinational listed on the Euronext STAR Milan of the Italian Stock Exchange. The shareholding acquired through Fenice is added to that held directly by Palladio Holding (2.1%), reaching an overall share of 6.9%.
The Tesmec Group, the leading Italian solution provider in the construction, maintenance and efficiency of infrastructures for the energy, trencher (excavation solutions) and railway segments, can count on over 900 employees and 194 million euros in turnover in 2021.
