(603038), successfully opened its new factory in Huanggang, Hubei, marking the non-public issuance of shares by Huali Co., Ltd. It is understood that the project is a non-public offering of shares by Huali in 2020, with a total investment of 560 million yuan. After reaching production, the annual output of decorative panels will be 190,000 cubic meters and profiled decorative materials will be 6,000 tons. The first phase of the project will focus on expanding the large-scale production capacity of Holley’s decorative panels, breaking through the restrictions imposed by a single product structure on the development of listed companies.
