The educational offer of the Liceo Angelico Aprosio in Ventimiglia, one of the excellent institutes in the province of Imperia, is expanding. The novelty of the last few days is represented by the addresses of Human Sciences and Economic-Social Sciences that from the next school year will go alongside the traditional addresses that have made the Aprosio famous and seen so many promising students excel first in the university and work poles: the Classical, scientific and linguistic high school. The course in Human Sciences sees the introduction of psychology and pedagogy alongside Latin and a foreign language. The one with the Economic-Social option, on the other hand, provides for an in-depth study in law and political economy, with the introduction of sociology and anthropology, and two foreign languages (without Latin). To present the new addresses and illustrate the characterizations that affect the traditional ones, the Liceo Aprosio has promoted an “open day” scheduled for next Saturday 11 December. The coordination of the activities is handled by the head teacher Lara Paternieri, by the vice-principal Nanni Perotto and by Professor Andrea Bellan, head of school guidance.
To participate in the “open day”, in the face of the emergency represented by the pandemic, reservations are required on the institute’s website (http://www.liceoaprosio.it/) and the Green pass (only for parents) . Scheduled meetings with teachers and pupils and, above all, a series of educational workshops able to represent the potential of the various courses of study. The management of Aprosio is evaluating the possibility of other “open days” between December and January.
