Milano — The prospect of a complete liberalization of hydroelectric concessions worries both the government and various regional councils. On the one hand, the executive fears that large foreign energy groups, such as the German ones for example, but not only, are already preparing to descend on Italy by getting their hands on a clean energy source of strategic importance in the national energy mix.
