Hechuang V09: The Most Anticipated Pure Electric MPV with Ultra-Fast Charging Technology

Shanghai, China – The Hechuang V09 has become the talk of the town among electric vehicle enthusiasts as the most highly anticipated pure electric MPV in the market for the second half of the year. Unveiled at the “Stunning Show” during the Shanghai Auto Show, the Hechuang V09 showcased its “best third space” features while boasting an 800V high-voltage system and 4C super-fast charging capabilities.

One of the standout features of the Hechuang V09 is its Juwan Giken XFC ultra-fast charging technology, which enables the vehicle to achieve a peak fast charging power of 380kW, ensuring a lightning-fast charging time of just 10 minutes. This remarkable charging speed significantly increases the battery life by more than 400km, making it comparable to refueling a traditional internal combustion engine vehicle.

The Juwan Giken XFC ultra-fast battery pack, selected carefully by Hechuang, has proven to be superior among other battery brands. Its exceptional energy replenishment efficiency, durability, and safety features set it apart. Many current pure electric vehicles suffer from low energy replenishment efficiency, but the Juwan XFC extreme-speed battery pack overcomes this challenge with its ultra-fast battery material, boasting an energy density of 230Wh/kg. It incorporates a new type of conductive agent and a high-efficiency thermal management system. The battery pack also exhibits exceptional heat dissipation and stability, allowing for perennial fast charging of at least 400,000 kilometers under normal temperature conditions.

The Hechuang V09 equipped with the Juwan Giken XFC ultra-fast battery pack not only offers an impressive cruising range but also achieves the highest charging power in a significantly shorter time frame while maintaining a stable high power output. In comparison to other supercharging batteries on the market, the Hechuang V09 ensures constant and fast charging throughout its entire range.

Battery durability and safety are also paramount concerns for users, and the Juwan Giken BMS system addresses these concerns with its ability to accurately predict temperature rise rates, adjust current in real-time, and maintain safe temperature ranges. Moreover, the Juwan Giken XFC ultra-fast battery passed an extreme thermal runaway test, demonstrating its ability to remain flame-free for 24 hours after the thermal runaway is triggered, surpassing industry standards.

The success of Juwan Technology‘s XFC ultra-fast battery can be attributed to its early deployment of supercharging technology. The company has been researching and developing XFC ultra-fast battery technology since 2014 and was the first to introduce 8-minute super-charging power batteries to the market. The battery has achieved certification as the “fastest charging technology for electric vehicles” from the World Record Certification Authority (WRCA).

Collaborating closely with Hechuang Automobile, Juwan Technology has actively contributed to the development of an “extremely fast energy replenishment” ecosystem. Focusing on strategic locations such as the geometric center of the Greater Bay Area, the two companies are working together to create a “dumbbell” channel, connecting the extreme charging ecosystem and expediting the development and application of XFC extreme charging technology. They plan to establish 100 charging stations in first- and second-tier cities by the end of 2023, with more than 2,000 charging stations deployed within the next three years.

The efforts of Hechuang Automobile and Juwan Technology are in line with the support provided by the state and local governments in developing electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The “Implementation Opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission and Other Departments on Further Improving the Service Guarantee Capabilities of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure” issued by the National Development and Reform Commission emphasizes the goal of achieving a coverage rate of fast charging stations in the National Ecological Civilization Experimental Zone and key pollution control regions of not less than 80% by 2025. Similar policies have been implemented in regions such as Guangzhou, Hainan, and Chongqing to encourage the rapid advancement of electric vehicle charging infrastructure construction.
