Intrum Italy is preparing the new phase of growth by strengthening the board with the entry of two prominent names in the financial world: the best known is certainly the former Goldman Sachs investment banker Massimo Della Ragione, who will also take on the role of deputy president of Intrum in Italy.
The other is Luca Bocca who in Intesa Sanpaolo has been central director for strategic planning and management control for three years, reporting directly to the CFO Stefano Del Punta. The board of directors of Intrum Italy, chaired by Giovanni Gilli, thus rises from 5 to 7 directors.
