Ita Airways, the ministry freezes Altavilla: “Legitimate the revocation of powers, the Board of Directors is sovereign. Resolution immediately operational”

ROMA – The Ministry of Economy, the sole shareholder of Ita Airways, considers the resolution to revoke the powers of the executive chairman Alfredo Altavilla as legitimate and immediately operational, who the board of directors of the company he voted yesterday.

Therefore Altavilla must immediately remit all his powers and there is no reason to wait for the Shareholders’ Meeting on November 8th for the revocation resolution to be examined.
