Italy will block content prohibited to minors online: Agcom’s public consultation begins

Block content prohibited to minors online with systems integrated directly into the networks of telephone operators. The Communications Authority (Agcom) now embraces the challenge established by the decree law of 30 April 2020, converted in June. And it launches a public consultation, for two months until April, which will lead to the first guidelines for adopting these filters in Italian internet networks.
