Holidays, vacations, high cost of living. In the decision of Iziwork, the start-up of temporary work, to advance the salary of temporary workers, various issues are intertwined that enter the daily life of workers in this period. To help them, the agency has thus decided to give the possibility of an advance salary for a maximum of 250 euros which can also be requested in a single solution, giving those who work in administration greater autonomy and economic flexibility. From Iziwork they explain that “the salary arrives to the workers in administration on the 15th of the month following the services provided, thus creating a” delay “compared to the common end-of-month timing” and the service was specifically designed to help them meet their expenses .

«Our constant commitment to put people at the center and make our reality more and more a point of reference for temporary workers, providing services and opportunities for growth, constantly leads us to listen to their needs. With dedicated focus groups and analyzes to understand which concessions were considered a priority, we came to introduce the salary advance service as the first in Italy in the sector of temporary employment agencies. We want to give a concrete signal of support that impacts the professional and personal life of our workers ”, explains Pierluigi Lauriano, managing director of the company in Italy.

Iziwork is an agency that favors online channels and, in less than two years of activity in our country, has reached 21 million euros in turnover and a staff of 120 resources. In its database it counts on 500 thousand registered workers and over 650 client companies. Iziwork’s goal is to digitally revisit every process that regulates the services offered by employment agencies, combining the potential of artificial intelligence, human value and local presence. The salary advance service started with an experiment on 500 workers and in the test phase a conversion rate of more than 60% was recorded, with variable amounts of advance withdrawals on salary ranging between 50 and 200 euros. Now the agency has however decided to extend the service to all those who have a contract for at least a month and with an agreed duration of an additional 30 days with respect to the request for membership.
