Kairos’ first Eltif investment is underway: Kais Renaissance Eltif, a fund promoted by Kairos Partners Sgr which recently closed the collection at 50 million euros, announced that it has completed its first investment in the “private market” segment in favor of Star7, a company from Alessandria which is an international reference point in the product information sector.
What is the goal? The operation, aimed at supporting the growth of Star7 in the perspective of a path aimed at listing in the short-medium term, provides for the subscription by Kairos of a reserved capital increase of 3 million euros. “We have chosen to focus on Star7 as the first investment of the KAIS Renaissance Eltif fund because it represents an emblematic example of Italian excellent SMEs with an interesting potential for further growth at an international level, thanks to the leadership of a solid management team, which stands out for its high skills – said Massimo Trabattoni, Head of Italian Equity of Kairos Partners SGR declared -.
