“Charging infrastructure is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry. To continue to enhance the international competitiveness of my country’s new energy vehicles, promoting the development of high-power fast charging will become an important development direction at present and in the future.” Lei Jun pointed out, At present, the proportion of fast charging in public charging piles in my country is only 40%, and the fast charging power is generally low, resulting in problems such as slow charging speed, long queuing time, and low turnover efficiency. It is difficult to adapt to the current rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry. .

How to speed up the construction of high-power fast charging infrastructure for new energy vehicles and effectively promote the consumption of new energy vehicles? Lei Jun put forward three suggestions in a targeted manner: First, strengthen policy guidance and coordinate the planning and layout of high-power fast charging networks. Lei Jun believes that at present, high-power fast charging stations are mainly built independently by enterprises, and the construction layout, scale, and technical indicators lack overall overall planning, and the level of interconnection is low. In response to this, it is recommended to formulate a new generation of high-power fast-charging network planning scheme, clarify key objectives such as construction scale, land use planning, and charging capacity, improve the capacity expansion of power grids in key areas, increase the number of high-power fast-charging stations, and improve effective coverage. At the same time, promote the formulation, unification, and application of technical standards and communication protocols, introduce a work plan for high-power fast charging interconnection, formulate a three-year special action schedule, and give priority to new investment and construction, core business districts, and highways and other scarce resource areas. The existing high-power fast charging piles are interconnected to achieve the optimal allocation of social resources.

The second is to establish a national innovation cooperation platform and strengthen joint research on core technologies. In recent years, my country has made breakthroughs in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies for high-power fast charging, but there is still room for improvement in overall research and development capabilities. Enterprises face problems such as high research and development costs for high-voltage platforms and immature industrial chains, and lack of motivation to invest in research and development of high-power charging technology. In response to this, Lei Jun suggested to build a national innovation cooperation platform, formulate a catalog of advanced high-power charging technologies, accelerate the establishment of a collaborative R&D mechanism for enterprises and scientific research institutes, and strengthen the integration of new-generation high-power fast charging technology and storage and charging (especially optical storage and charging). Joint research on upstream key technologies such as integration), low self-loss, and low noise; fully stimulate the leading role of leading enterprises in demonstration, support high-tech leading enterprises to increase investment in research and development, and establish incentive policies for technological innovation in the field of high-power fast charging.

In view of the high cost and long period of construction of high-power fast charging stations, Lei Jun suggested strengthening investment. For high-power fast-charging stations that apply advanced technology, he suggested to increase investment and subsidies in construction, renovation and operation to boost the confidence and enthusiasm for investment in the industrial chain; accelerate the construction of key equipment and stations for high-power fast charging Standardize and scale, reduce equipment and deployment costs; establish a rapid approval mechanism for power quotas for high-power fast-charging stations, accelerate the approval process for station construction, and improve the overall efficiency of high-power fast-charging station construction.

In addition, Lei Jun believes that under the global carbon peaking, carbon neutrality goals and EU carbon tariffs and other trading systems, the low-carbon development of new energy vehicles has become a key winner in the global competition of the auto industry, and a complete, clear and accurate carbon The footprint accounting system is the premise and foundation for the low-carbon development of the new energy vehicle industry.

“At present, my country has not yet formed a systematic carbon footprint policy management system in the field of new energy vehicles. Three batches of 24 industry accounting methods have been released, but they have not yet covered the entire industry chain of new energy vehicles.” Lei Jun believes that there is an urgent need to establish and improve carbon footprints. The footprint accounting system supports the precise management, accounting, certification and verification of carbon footprints, and helps to achieve the “double carbon” goal of my country’s new energy vehicle industry.

In this regard, he also put forward four relevant suggestions: establish a systematic carbon footprint management system, and guide the low-carbon development of the new energy vehicle industry in an overall manner; formulate carbon footprint accounting standards and methods for the entire industry chain of new energy vehicles; establish a new energy vehicle carbon footprint industry Data platform; improve carbon footprint certification, rating and incentive mechanism.
