The Air Force and the Temporary Grouping of Companies (RTI) formed by Leonardo, Avio Aero and Lockheed, have recently signed a contract, lasting 5 years, for technical-logistical support for the C-130J fleet of the Air Force Military. The agreement has a total value of 380 million euros and will guarantee the operation of the fleet of aircraft operated by the Air Force stationed at the 46th Pisa Air Brigade. In addition to engineering support, the activities also include maintenance activities for both aircraft and engines.

Leonardo comments: “The finalization of this important agreement confirms the validity of our Customer Support model which, thanks to a state-of-the-art national and global support structure, allows us to provide our customers with dedicated technological services, guaranteeing operational continuity for the fleets. and to the operators to be ready to manage any type of mission, as in the case of the C-130J operated by the Italian Air Force “.
