Loans, low rates even in 2022: the average rate is 2.13%

In January 2022, interest rates on financing transactions remained at particularly low levels, and recorded the following dynamics: the average rate on total loans was 2.13% (same value in the previous month and 6.18% before of the crisis, at the end of 2007); the average rate on new business loan transactions fell further to 1.12% (1.18% the previous month; 5.48% at the end of 2007); the average rate on new home purchase transactions was 1.43% (1.40% the previous month, 5.72% at the end of 2007).
