Make a Friend news announced on March 20 that the Make a Friend Taobao live broadcast room will start selling EHang’s “Air Taxi” at 19:00 on March 20, with the popular anchor Cui Dongsheng confirmed to broadcast the event live. The deposit for the “air taxi” in the Taobao live broadcast room is 39,900 yuan, with discounts available on the full price.
The unmanned manned aircraft EH216-S, priced at 2.39 million yuan per unit, has attracted attention as it is launched on Taobao as an industrial product. It can carry two people and is capable of flying in low-altitude airspace with a maximum flight speed of 130 kilometers per hour and a range of 30 kilometers.
