Mediaset-Vivendi, close agreement after five years of battles

Milano – The agreement between Fininvest-Mediaset and Vivendi after five years of legal battles is not yet closed, but the feeling is that it is in the pipeline, perhaps with a conclusion already in the weekend. The lawyers of the parties are working hard on it, in particular the Chiomenti firm for Fininvest and the Clearly Gottlieb firm for Vivendi, with the management of the companies concerned.
