“We make dark bars with 77%, 62%, and 55% cocoa, as well as 33% milk chocolate. Our flavors range from passion fruit and hazelnut to coconut rum and Bacardi-infused chocolates,” explained Ramos Tavárez.
In addition to creating delicious treats, Montadero Chocolate aims to educate the public about the history and value of chocolate. The owners offer workshops on chocolate-making processes and the different types of chocolate available in the market.
