Stellantis has signed a new € 12 billion syndicated revolving credit line with a group of 29 banks. The group announced it in a note. This new loan replaces the existing ones of PSA (3 billion) and FCA (6.25 billion) “thus providing an increase in the overall liquidity of the group and an extension of the duration of the credit line”. This new credit line, explains a note, “usable for general corporate purposes, is structured in two tranches: € 6 billion, with a duration of 3 years, and € 6 billion, with a duration of 5 years, with each tranche that benefit from two further extension options, each of 1 year. This operation confirms the strong support for Stellantis from its international relations banks, ”comments the automotive group.
