The debate in the union

The unitary assets recorded “an open confrontation with many interventions that gave voice to those who every day carry out their professional services, under contract, in hospitals, schools, commercial premises and public establishments, and who, despite the many the uncertainties and difficulties faced in this long year of pandemic have never failed their commitment, highlighting how indispensable their work is ”, the unions write in a note. 35% flexible contracts

The commission on micro-absenteeism

One of the issues that absorbed a lot of energy in the comparison was micro-absenteeism on which a joint commission was set up, with the task of defining an agreement with the INPS in order to acquire data relating to the phenomenon of micro-absences. The vice president of Anip Confidustria, Massimo Diamante, reminds us that «in recent years micro-absenteeism has progressively grown according to the data resulting from our internal monitoring. This made it necessary to set up a bilateral commission that will have the task of acquiring the data, dealing with the phenomenon and finding corrective measures ».
