According to previous news, PSAC’s shareholder meeting is expected to be held on July 20, 2021, and the formal merger with Faraday Future will be approved through shareholder voting.

After the formal merger transaction between the two parties is completed, Faraday Future is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq on July 21, and FF 91 is also scheduled to be delivered within about twelve months after the merger is completed.
