Farmacosmo turns on the engines of the listing on Piazza Affari. The company active in the health, pharma & beauty sector presented the pre-admission notice to Borsa Italiana on March 14th for the admission to trading of its ordinary shares and other instruments on Euronext Growth Milan. The IPO operation will take place through a paid capital increase, aimed at Italian and foreign institutional investors and professional investors.
The price range has been set between a minimum of € 2.15 and a maximum of € 2.25 per share, for a post-money market capitalization of the company of more than € 70 million. Upon completion of the offer, assuming the full placement of the shares subject of the offer, the expected free float will be equal to approximately 30% of the market capitalization. Admission to trading is expected by March 2022.
The financial resources deriving from the operation, according to the press release, will allow the company to consolidate its positioning through the pursuit of the following strategic lines such as Q-Commerce (‘quick commerce’) with delivery times within two hours from the order, through the strengthening and branching of the logistics network; THE strengthening of stream intelligence and Node, through investments in R&D, aimed at increasing organic traffic and customer loyalty; and the expansion of the offer, with the launch of the premium beauty line and the strengthening of the current offer of products in the pet segment.
