ROMA – «The 110% Superbonus was a senseless measure, too generous, without controls. But giving responsibility to technicians is becoming an alibi for politics.” Giuseppe Pisauro, economist and former president of the Parliamentary Budget Office, says that the building discount “will account for at least one point of debt per year in the coming years”.
