Eni and Cdp Industria “will also submit the following proposals to the Shareholders’ Meeting of Saipem: appoint Silvia Merlo as Chairman of the Board of Directors; confirm the current remuneration of the Directors, therefore proposing to determine the gross annual remuneration due to each Director (including the President) in 60,000 euros, in addition to the reimbursement of expenses incurred for the office “.
