Salary increase of 35,000 euros through a 30-second strategy

Avni Barman reveals what the “slacker strategy” is all about.

Avni Barman worked at Atlassian as a product manager.

She explains the “lazy girl strategy” that earned her a salary increase of around 35,000 euros.

Barman recommends logging key tasks daily, prioritizing key metrics, and quantifying contributions.

Take 30 seconds every day to take a screenshot of your most important actions and save these screenshots in a folder. This could be a message you sent to a colleague that saved them time, or a milestone in a project.
