More M&A transactions for Sesa. The group active in Italy in technological innovation and in IT and digital services for businesses has announced the acquisition of 67% of Citel (leading player in Italy in open-PSIM and open-BMS systems, and 51% of A Plus (deals with the design of access control systems, attendance detection and building automation). The acquisition by Sesa took place through the subsidiary Base Digitale Security Solutions, active in the offer of security solutions for banks, utilities and retail. For Sesa this is the 15th M&A transaction in 2021 which leads to an additional perimeter of 160 million euros in revenues and approximately 550 highly qualified human resources.
With these two grafts, reads the note, Base Digitale Security Solutions becomes the reference operator in Italy in the offer of IT management solutions for the entire physical security supply chain, relying on revenues of approximately 30 million and over 100 specialized resources and ” synergistic integration with the cybersecurity offer of Yarix and Var Group digital security.
