Standard Ethics confirmed the “E +” corporate rating to Roche Holding. In detail, the analysts of Standard Ethics noted in the Swiss pharmaceutical company – also through the latest press release – a gradual alignment to ESG issues and the adoption of an adequate governance system for Sustainability. The agency also takes note of the analysis and research contribution that Roche Holding is making to tackle the pandemic. Taking into account the presence of a competitor in the shareholding structure, they add from Standard Ethics, there is still room for improvement in the ESG risk management system in various areas, not least the commercial one.
