With the Sostegni bis decree there will be a total of another 18 billion for refreshments to companies damaged by the Covid crisis: the double compensation method based on turnover would therefore be confirmed, choosing the reference period (automatic if you opt for the 2020 period on the 2019 or on a specific request if you choose 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021 compared to 1 April 2019 – 31 March 2020). A total of around 14 billion is allocated to these two options. Another 4 billion, of which 3 of savings and 1 of greater deficit, will go to the equalization mechanism on the operating result (compared year on year) with adjustment at the end of the year.
The decree – on which the government has received confidence – should be approved by the council of ministers on Thursday and, as explained by the minister for economic development, Giancarlo Giorgetti, “will confirm the timeliness of the latest decree law with a variant on scrolling of the first 3-4 months of 2021 compared to 2020, in order to fully photograph what was the year of the lockdown, and then there will be a third measure to cover what have been called the exodus “.

The decree, therefore, should also include a substantial package of measures for work including another 2 months of allowance for seasonal workers and tourism and entertainment workers and 4 months of emergency income, to cover with the Rem until the month of September . To help the families most in difficulty, another 500 million will also reach the municipalities for food vouchers and rentals.
The provision also includes 20 million euros for the extraordinary recruitment of psychologists in the territory to strengthen the psychological assistance services for children and adolescents who have developed forms of psychological distress and malaise following the pandemic.
