The Colectivo Group has achieved a record-breaking sale in Dorado, managing to sell their apartment for an impressive $12.3 million. This sale, which took place in the West Point community at the Dorado Beach Resort, marks the highest resale in the year for the municipality.
According to a press release, this transaction is only the third on the island to exceed $10 million in 2023. The Colectivo Group has been the driving force behind all of these high-value sales, showcasing their dominance in the luxury real estate market.
The recently sold property is a three-bedroom first-floor unit spanning across a lavish 4,000 square feet. The Colectivo Group has previously set records in the industry, with a previous sale at $5,684 per square foot for a residence in West Beach within the Dorado Beach Resort.
The agency has attributed the increasing traction in the luxury real estate market to the growing demand for high-end properties. They also noted that election years, such as 2024, tend to have a particular impact on real estate values.
