One of the latest wonders born in Maranello’s dream factory is the Ferrari Daytona SP3. Well, just a few months later, Lego offers its replica, which becomes part of the Technic family. This brick model will be available in stores and on the Lego website from today 1 June 2022. In the rest of the stores it will arrive on 1 August.
And it won’t be exactly cheap, being at the top of the Lego Technic sets with a price of 400 euros.
The Lego Technic Ferrari Daytona SP3 is 1: 8 scale and consists of a total of 3,778 bricks. The dimensions are 59cm long, 25cm wide and 14cm high.
Its unique features include fully functional butterfly doors and carefully reproduced interiors. In the passenger compartment the blue seats dominate as in the real model, while the Prancing Horse logo is present on the steering wheel.
We also find a reproduction of the striking V12 engine positioned in the rear area, complete with movable pistons, in addition to the independent suspension, which includes functional springs and brake discs that can be glimpsed between the spokes of the silver-plated rims with Ferrari hubcaps. And finally, there is also an 8-speed sequential gearbox with paddle shifter.
