Netizens Reveal Xiaomi Automobile SU7 with Green License Plate

On January 29, Kuai Technology reported that netizens have revealed the registration of the Xiaomi Automobile SU7, marking the first batch of SU7 to be registered. The news sparked a discussion among netizens about the aesthetics of the green license plate on the vehicle.

One netizen commented, “I have to say that it is rare for a car to look good even after it has a green license plate.” This sentiment was echoed by others who stated that the green license plate looks best with olive green.

Lei Jun, the CEO of Xiaomi, forwarded the news and mentioned that Xiaomi is testing the licensing process for its new automobile.

The introduction of special license plates for domestic new energy vehicles on April 18, 2016, aimed to distinguish them from traditional fuel vehicles. Small new energy vehicles are identified by license plates with black characters on a green background.

Since the inception of new energy license plates, there has been an ongoing debate about whether they are aesthetically pleasing. Some netizens have expressed dissatisfaction, claiming that no matter how stylish the design of the car is or how good-looking the color, the moment the new energy green label is put on, the car’s appearance is instantly diminished.

The discussion prompted Kuai Technology to ask readers for their opinions on the Xiaomi Motors SU7 with a green license plate.
