This man started the veggie revolution

If you prefer eating meat alternatives, chances are Godo Röben has something to do with it. He once initiated the veggie revolution at Rügenwalder and is now driving this revolution forward as a consultant in a wide variety of places: with the government in Berlin, with traditional food companies and as an angel investor in the food tech start-up Eaden Project.

Godo Röben talks to Varinia Bernau about how he turned a classic butcher shop into a provider of vegetarian alternatives. How do you get employees to think differently and get involved in something completely new? He also explains why it can be good for your career not to constantly change employers, why good brands usually come from a family business – and what the future of our nutrition looks like.
